Community service at the Hackney's Hope is to gain skills that meet the needs related to productivity and/or independence away from home, work, and school. This program is to provide skills necessary for building confidence, self-esteem, and social recognition through the use of our horses.

Skills are related to animal care giving, feeding, and grooming which include haltering, leading, showing, trail-in-hand, jump in hand, riding/driving and more.

Our farm will provide training and support for those interested in this program and for those who successfully display the desire to make changes in our community activity program.
